種子島宇宙センターから、大型基幹ロケット「H3」1号機の打ち上げが予定されています。
予てより弊社もサプライヤーとして部品供給に協力しております。
　Coming February 13 (Mon.), 2023 at 10:40 a.m.
The launch of the first H3 launch vehicle is scheduled from the Tanegashima Space Center.
We have been cooperating in supplying parts as a supplier for a long time.
　　
　
この度、打ち上げ予定のＨ３ロケットにも弊社の高性能ばねが採用されており、
JAXA応援サポーターとして参加し、従業員一同が打ち上げ成功を祈願しております。
　Our high-performance springs are used in the H3 rocket, which is scheduled to be launched this time, and we will participate in the launch of the H3 rocket as a supporter of JAXA.
As a supporter of JAXA, all of our employees are praying for the success of the launch.
　
　
使用箇所は主に3か所。
①地上から宇宙空間へ発射する際に使用する、第一段メインエンジンの中で皿ばねとコイルばねがバルブ用として活躍します。
The springs are used in three main locations.
(1) Disc springs and coil springs are used for valves in the first stage main engine, which is used when launching from the ground to outer space.
　
　　
②ばねの力を利用して、1段目と2段目の分離を行いますが、今回のH3ロケットはばねのチカラのみで分離が行われ、その際コイルばねが活躍します。　
(2) The first and second stages are separated using the force of the springs, but in this H3 rocket, the separation is performed only by the power of the springs, and the coil springs play an active role in this process.

　
　
③分離、解放された衛星（ALOS-３）が搭載されている2段目を、しっかり軌道に載せるため第二エンジンの中でも皿ばね・コイルばねが活躍します。
(3)The second stage, which contains the separated and released satellite (ALOS-3), will be placed into orbit by the second engine, which will also be powered by the coiled springs.

どの部分も、東海バネの品質力が求められる重要な役割を担っています。近い将来、より宇宙が身近な生活環境の一部となってくるはずです。
