悔しかった
大和魂は成功する

本日はH3ロケット初号機打ち上げ
Today is the launch of the first H3 rocket.
　
　
全員が一斉に集まり固唾をのんで見守っていました。
第一段が打ち上がった瞬間、鳴りやまない歓声と共にまずは安堵の表情
前回の発射直前の中止を経て準備に準備を重ね、離陸した時は涙がこぼれました。
Everyone gathered together and watched with bated breath.
The moment the first stage was launched, there was an unending cheer and a look of relief on their faces.
After the aborted launch just before the previous launch, we had made a lot of preparations, and when it took off, we were really moved to tears.
　
　
しかし、まだまだ１，2段の分離まで、目が離せません。
ばねがうまく作用するか緊張の面持ちで見守りました。
地上から見えなくなると、そこからは信号による状況の把握です。
無事に分離ができたという信号があり、さらに社員一同歓喜に湧きました。
However, we still have to keep our eyes on the separation of the first and second stages.
I watched nervously to see if the springs would work properly.
Once the plane was out of sight from the ground, we had to monitor the situation by signals.
When we received a signal that the separation had been successfully completed, we were all even more jubilant.
　
　
最後まで何が起こるかわかりません。
1段、2段の分離を終えた後、急に速度が低下してきました。
2段エンジンが点火されずALOSー3を軌道に乗せることが出来ませんでした。
その先、様々な機械・部品が活躍する予定でしたが、力を出しきれなかったことは非常に残念であり、私たちサプライヤーでさえ気を落としていました。JAXAをはじめプロジェクトメンバーであればなおのことだと思います。
We did not know what would happen until the very end.
After the separation of the first and second stages, the speed suddenly decreased.
The second stage engine was not ignited and we could not put ALOS-3 into orbit.
We were planning to use various machines and parts, but we were very disappointed and even our suppliers were depressed because we could not give our best effort.
　
　
しかし、私たちサプライヤーは決して諦めません！
諦めるという選択肢はなく、これから共に改善し、挑戦を続け、前を向いて進んでいくしかございません。
But we suppliers never give up!
Giving up is not an option. We must continue to improve together, continue to challenge ourselves, and look forward to the future.
　
　
このH３ロケットにかけた情熱や灯は消える事なく、まだまだ挑戦は続きます。
私たちの未来のために、世界の未来のために一人一人が一所懸命頑張っているのです。
今回の打ち上げもたくさんの方々が携わり、そして想いを持ってやり遂げました。
The passion and light we put into the H3 rocket will never go out, and we will continue to challenge ourselves.
Each and every one of us is working hard for our future and for the future of the world.
Many people were involved in this launch, and they all put their heart and soul into it.
　
　
何も恥じることはない。
挑戦があるから成功や失敗がある。
やらなければ、やり続けなければその先の栄光はないのです。
There is nothing to be ashamed of.
There are successes and failures because there are challenges.
If we don’t try, if we don’t keep trying, there will be no glory ahead.

We are one supplier of small and medium-sized enterprises. If we gather many crystals of our small power, they will become a more powerful driving force and will surely lead us to success.
